Visa Information for Conference Attendees from Outside Russia

Visitors from most countries will need a visa. You have to get visa in your local Russian consulate in order to attend the ITQM 2014 Conference.

Note! To decrease the formalities and fasten the process we suggest you to apply to the Russian Consulate for Tourist Visa. For this you need:
  1. Your original passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages (passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure date from Russia);
  2. Russian visa application form, completed and signed;
  3. One recent passport size photo;
  4. Airline tickets;
  5. Hotel vouchers.
For more detailed information on the required documents, please visit your closest Visa application centre.

For the citizens of the countries of the European Union (EU) there is a possibility to simplify the process. We can send the guests the scan of the invitation letter which should be printed in the color printer and be presented in the Russian Consulate with all the documents mentioned above.
